You will use one of our 5x7 On Board Journals to create this treasured keepsake.... journal your own thoughts, prayers and blessings to pass on to your children, or give it as a wonderful Christmas gift.

You will receive several pre-printed verses in a beautiful script font, as well as prayers... such as the Lord's Prayer, Psalm 139 and others.

If you are a widow on opening day of deer hunting, or just want to have fun making some new deer friends, come to my all day stamp & crop event!

Saturday, November 15 from 10am-10pm

Bring your projects..... scrapbooks, cards, gifts.... and join me for a day of crafting! You get to use all my accessories, inks, stamps, big shot die machine, scrap bin PLUS get a goodie bag from me with cardstock, designer series paper and ribbon to use that day!

Coffee, tea and water and light meals will be provided... bring additional beverages of your choice if you wish, and please bring a snack to share!

Cost is ONLY $15 for a full day of stamping/crafting fun! PRIZES TOO!

This is a 3 part Christmas card making extravaganza! Come for one event, or come for all 3... You choose!

Saturday, November 15 from 11am-12:30pm

At each crusade you will make 9 cards, 3 each of 3 designs. And the cool part is, each card is created with a kit created by ME! You will use a stamp set, 2-3 colors of ink and paper, and an accessory on each of the cards... And, when you purchase the 'kit' you will receive a color handout with directions on how to cut the cardstock for 3 additional cards using that kit! So you will have a total of 4 ideas using your Christmas Card Kit! Isn't that awesome! Make your card making a snap with these kits!

Each event will feature 3 different kits.... and you will make 9 cards each time...

Come to all 3 events, and you will use 9 different kits, and walk away with 27 ready to go Christmas cards! Cost is only $15 per event, and that includes envelopes!

These kits will also be available online from my blog after the crusade event has taken place.... watch for the additional card samples to be posted then (no..... you can't see them all now! but here are some sneak peaks..... 3 of the cards we will make on Tuesday, October 28 at 6:30 pm....Look close and you can see parts of the additional cards you can make with the kits!)

Team Shoebox Swap

Last night, my team of demonstrators had a Girls' Night Out.... We went to the best restaraunt in town... Twist & Shout... for dinner and stamping! We had a shoebox swap and here are some samples of what we made:

Love these colors!!!!

I spent some time playing with the Snow Swirled stamp set, and found that I LOVE using it with Baha Breeze and Riding Hood Red, and Kraft Cardstock. Here are some fun ideas I came up with for a workshop I did last week.....

Here is a fun 2, 5, 7, 10 box that I made...... It is so easy and fun to do, and the tag is made with one of the new paper ornaments from the Holiday Mini Catalog.Here is one of our handled gift sacks..... and I created a fun topper to allow for no early peeking! Just take a full sheet of cardstock, fold in half, then cut just a small sliver from the fold of the cardstock to slip over the handle. My hostess made homemade bath salts, and put them in these cute little jars for everyone! Wasn't she sweet? (thanks Jen!) And then, this was our make and take.... creating a cute tag for the jar using the new Felt Flurries from the mini catalog. Add glitter with the 2-way glue pen and dazzling diamonds glitter!

This box is similar to one I posted before. It uses 4 of the envelopes from the Big Shot Die Cut Machine (by the way... this die is EXCLUSIVE to Stampin' Up!) Attach all of them together and you have a fun box..... Then I used designer series paper to wrap little boxes of Junior Mints (there are so many fun candies out there right now with Halloween right around the corner). You could use any candy..... Then I used the new Deer Friends Hostess set to add an embellishment to each chocolate box.... And a Belly Band completes the package (Don't you love the new rope ribbon from the mini catalog!?)

And finally, these little glass ornaments a fabulous customer of mine gave me (thanks Kay!) So of course, I had to try them out...... I used the felt flurries w/ glitter to add some fun. The red taffeta ribbon makes a beautiful hanger.
