Here are the die cut notes... and some fun samples using them!

Remove the die cut petals.......

And you're ready for fun.... how about these great ideas:
Take the petals that you punched out and attach them to the die cut petals on the card.

Continue tucking the petals around the die cut flower like below.

Your finished flower will be 3-dimensional like the one below:

If you color the petals before you attach them, like I did with soft sky ink and a sponge, then your finished flower will look like the one below. I added a 3 1/2 x 3 1/2 piece of soft sky designer series paper to the back of the card front so it would show through the front, creating more depth.

Here's a closeup of the flower:

Cool technique 'eh? I loved it and knew you would too!
Here's another idea... using glitter as an accent.....

I applied 2-way glue to the edges of the die cut flower and sprinkled dazzling diamonds glitter over top. I then stamped the small flower image in pomegranate, cut it out and attached it to the center of the die cut flower with a rhinestone brad from the pretties kit. Then I stamped the background image on 3 1/2 x 3 1/2 piece of white cardstock using purely pomegranate ink, attaching to back of cardfront using dimensionals so it shows through to the front. Add ribbon and a greeting, and viola..... gorgeous card!
Here's a closeup:

One more:
Here I used the paper piercer and mat from the tool kit to pierce holes around the die cut flower.

Then, I used the brayer with groovy guava ink to change the color of the front of the card... Make sure to put a piece of scrap paper inside the card so the ink doesn't get on the inside... OR you could leave the petals in the card, brayer it, then punch out the petals.... that way they would be colored and ready to make a 3D flower like the one earlier in this post. DUH! Wish I would have thought about that BEFORE I made mine!

Add a felt flower from the flower fusions accents and some olive twill ribbon and bam... another card completed!!!!

Up Close:

I will be featuring the die cut notes and stamp set at all my June parties! Make sure to schedule yours today so you can be the first to have one for yourself!
